Didn't really know where to put this but wiil all please vote Thanks This is terribly important....... Here's your chance to let the media know where the people stand on our faith in God, as a nation. NBC is taking a poll on "In God We Trust" to stay on our American currency. Please send this to every Christian you know so they can vote on this important subject. Please do it right away, before NBC takes this off the web page. Poll is still open so you can vote. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10103521/

I am not American, but I think "In God we Trust" should stay on the American Currency. Watch what happens if it is taken off. And does the country afford this expense? I read about people voting on having anything "Godly", like the commandements, and the Nativity, things like taken out of your society. Correct me if I am wrong. I don't know if you are a serious believer. But.....I hope you are. Don't expect to have prosperity in the lives of your people (ALL), if God is taken out of everything. THERE IS A GOD, AND WE OUGHT TO RESPECT AND OBEY. AMERICA WAS BUILT ON GOD FEARING PEOPLE AND HAD PROSPERED FOR YEARS. SINCE " THE MENTION OF GOD" HAS BECOME AN ISSUE, I SEE DEPRESSING THINGS HAPPENING IN YOUR COUNTRY THAT I NEVER SAWV BEFORE. I WILL KEEP YOUR COUNTRY IN MY PRAYERS AND HOPE MY LITTLE ISLAND CONTINUES TO TRUST GOD AND REMAIN UNDER HIS WINGS. Jackie

OK I did it. I think they ought to leave our money alone! and our buildings and anything else this is on dont think anyone that dont beleive in God has a right to tell the rest of us that we cant put this on our money heck most poeple probably never look at it at all they are just knit picking!

Cajun, athiests and non-christians love their country as much as christians...I see no valid reason why they wouldn't.

I voted for it to be removed mostly because of the consideration that not all people trust "God" and there's other people of other religions in this country. I'm not personally christian, I'm pagan, but for the most part I actually don't care either way. There are bigger issues than a phrase on a bit of money. So whether it goes or stays, it will not affect me.

dont matter if your are pegan or not . Those words have been on our money since we became a country! No some people might not beleive in god but this IS America and it should stay . Think of all the buildings that has it carved in to it and what a waste of money it would take to remove and deface those buildings. also this is what Ifound on the subject http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_God_We_Trust but all I see is for the money not for the buildings . Most of the builldings in D.C. have that frase on them and in their halls its every wehre.
