If you already know how to make the screenshots and edit them (it's recommended to edit your payment processor email if listed), just upload it using attachment option. I think most forum now support it. It's located below the edit box where we type our post. Browse the file you want to upload and don't forget to add it as attachment (usually there is a "add this file" button). It'll automatically be displayed at the bottom of your post.
If the forum doesn't support it, you may use sites like imagehack like others said.

even i have tried this, what i did is capturing the screen n then uploading it in imageshack n then only put the link in the post.
but my question in my payproof was not displayed like how others have did but there was only the payment proof link shown in my post n i wanted to know how will i display the payment proof on my post.
if u know please help me so that i can learn it.
