Is Global Adposting and Global info postings a Big Scam?

Hi, I have paid $40 with GIF(dataentryjobs.us) for registration on 08.08.2008.under adposting job.They gave me details of how to open a free web.After that I tried for 4 days in free chat.Every day they told me to wait for 24 hrs to get email.from 4th day chat ,they donot bother to even answer.Is it a scam.Please do guide me.

It sure looks like it. Their site is very unprofessional, so many grammar errors and amateurish web graphics. What was the $40 payment for?

Oh no... It sounds like you got scammed. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to setup a website. You can easily do it yourself. Bloggers.com is the best free way. If you are interested in having yoru own domain which is what I did, you can check out my site. I have posted some steps and snapshots on how to do that. It's not as difficult as you think.
