You must give your credit card number to paypal because thats the only way to actually have apaypal account

Without giving ur credit card details u cant have a paypal account.So thats a compulsion.

There is no need to mentioned your Credit card number at the time of creating your PAY Pal Account. Just reads the terms and Faq mentioned by the Pay Pal webmaster.

hey ram ravi. To register with paypal u need not to give them all the necessary info bout ur credit card. BUT to be a verified mmber, u need to do that. Give e infos bout the credit card, u ll thenb required to pay them small amount of money USING that credit card. In the sttment account of ur credit card will then state the number of transaction wich u need then to submit to paypal as the proof that u r the real owner of the card.

Yes its compulsory to give your credit card detail to make the paypal account. I dont know why they do that? They dont even accept debit card details. On the other hand ikobo accepts debit card details. I also want to make paypal account but i dont have any credit card

If you have an US bank account then it is not compulsory. But you are Indian so it is compulsory. You can spend your money for buy any product from e-bay or other online store.

yes. sure you will need a credit acrd. actually a debit card such as visa electron will do. it is very safe, don't worry. just give them your credit or debit card number. the bad things is that paypal only can cash out using bank in america however you can use pay pal to shop online or fine somebody to bank in from you. i heart that somebody on the net doing such service.
