School girls not allowed to wear short skirts

what do you think about this? when i was in school the girls who wore short skirts were told off. they didnt like girls wearing short skirts because when you go up the stairs the person behind can see what they are wearing underneath!! and tachers do not like this sight.. what do you think if this do you care ? do you think they should be allowed to wear if they want to? if you were a teacher would you think the same?

i would,there is a time and a place,our school was the same,i was even told off because my skirt was too long! they said it was dangerous but it didnt touch my feet
