How do you monitor your diet?

I want to stay healthy, because when I'm sick I can't do the things I love to do, I just lying on my bed all day. So healthy diet is very important for me, so everyday, I monitor my meals, I always make sure that I eat less fatty and oily foods so that I can minimize the increase of my weight and I also drink fresh fruit juice drinks, to detoxify my inner body.

First,I wish you have a good health.Sencond,what i want to say it is not only by monitor the diet to stay healthy.Do you think so? Just do more sports,go out for a walk,breathe the flesh air,keep a positive attitude. Best regards.

Thanks for the info, actually I am kinda athletic, so I can say that I have a regular exercise everyday. Thank you very much.

eat vegetables,fruits have exercise, takes some vitamins...dancing is also my way of exercised...^___^ try it...

wow! You probably have a very nice body. Because they say that dancing can help you mold your body.
