No you cannot. It is released in India and you can buy one from www.overclocked.in and it costs only 499 rupees. I have a configuration of 2GHz AMD dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, nVidia 9100m Graphics card and still often, it responds slowly or does not load properly. RAM is the main thing. You must have at least 2GB of RAM to play it.

I am so sorry to say that roopmoney that GTA IV is not being released for the PC, and Rockstar Games have no future plans about releasing it for the PC. So far it is only available for the consoles PS3 and XBox 360. Even if the game is released for PC, your computer would not be able to run it unless you have 2 GB Ram and 512 MB Graphics card.

As of now, Rockstar isn't set in releasing GTA IV for the PC. But who knows? They might change their minds and release it sooner that we even thought. But I'm with you. It would take very expensive computer hardware to match what GTA IV has to offer. I'm sorry but I think your PC won't be enough to handle it. Go for at least a Quad Core and have 2 GBs of RAM plus you'll most likely need a high end video card. In the area of the 9800GTX.
