do u get short sleep?

i always have a sleeping problem. i dont get the full deep sleep during the night
i just go to bed n try to sleep n i get sleep after about one r two hours n also i just wake up early morning before my son n husband get up n just laydown with them for hours. i m really tired of
is anyone here face the same problem ?
if yes what u do for this to overcome?

Hi icegermany!
I used to have some sleeping problems too. I remember back in high school and college when I have had terrible sleeping problems. Our family doctor gave me some sleeping pills and told me to take one when I need it. However, I have noticed that it doesn't work well for me. Later on, I read from a magazine that aromatherapy works well. I tried it and well, it worked! After a while, I didn't have sleeping problems anymore. There are still some instances when I get a few hours of sleep but try to compensate for it by having a short nap after lunch the next day.

its very good that u found the solution for this biggest problem
its so hard to solve this out, but u got the solution i m happy.
can u please share with us whats aromatherapy or can u just give
some tips of that so the readers here n also myself can have some
tips from u n gain benifit from that n try out.
i hope u will remove some time for us to share a few tips of
aromatherapy which can help us out.

im the same way it takes me forever to fall asleep,. and when i do i keep waking up. i have no idea how to overcome im still dealing with it myself. it stinks though i want to like go to sleep early and wake up feeling refreshed

i can really understand ur difficulty how annoying u feel when u dont get proper sleep.
just try to use some methods like do some work at the day so that u become tired n at night u get proper sleep, or try to just avoid everything out of ur mind n just concentrate on sleep, if any method succeeds u can cath hold of one n then have a good sleep.
really i tell u not getting sleep is a biggest problem.
sometimes i those few people who sleeps a lot , as they go to bed they fall asleep n i really wonder why dont it happen to me?

Hi icegermany. I am the same way. I always have had this problem so I think that some people need less sleep than anothers. I go to bed and read a book while listen to music (suave ones)and it help a little. But anyway I have short sleep. Think about this in a good way my dear like I do: if we have a short sleep so we can do more things than another persons and it is good!

yes u can do more work but a human body need to rest after a whole lot of work
otherwise it may cause u some health problems n u may fall sick.
there r sometimes when u have ur exams n u need some extra time to study this drawback becomes an advantage n when u want to watch a really interesting movie, when u have to attend some occasion n all at that time u dont want to sleep n this problem becomes a little helpful but atlast u need to rest n have a good sleep
what will u do at that time when u dont get to sleep.
will u continue with work for how long, isnt it impossible?
