Is there any particular way you respond to mylotters or just as your whim takes

I have been wondering how others respond to discussion, on interest basis, or what their friends have written or just pick out someone and respond to them. I at times just respond to my friends discussions, and sometimes I take a particualr interest and answer anybody and everybody. How do you guys pick up your discussions for responses ?????

i usually answer discussions that my friends started. i have turned on the notifications for some of my friends here and that's where i pick discussions to answer. i also pick discussions from the myLot digest that myLot regularly sends us to our emails. before i used to go to a particular interest and pick discussions there to answer. now i rarely do that. i mostly rely now on the notifications the myLot sends me in my email.

I usually take some time picking up a good discussion, and then make a response to the best of my knowledge. Sometimes I make an irrelevant response to make a point. But that's just sometimes.

Good discussions are a must for replying, because if we reply in hoades, then the writer will feel more inclined to write better discussions. Sometimes irrelevant things s et the ball rolling and the discussion hots up. Thanks.

I always respond to friends first, like I'm doing now. Once I've done that, its a pick of discussions I've started, from my interests and then new ones in that order.

I mostly just go to the no responses section and choose a discussion that interests me. I also always browse through the today's top discussions but I only respond if something really interests me. And of course I respond to discussions started by my friends as well, that way they visit my discussions back. :)

Actually its very nice of you to start with the no response section. Very few people do that, and Im sure the receivers must be feeling very happy to read your response. Todays top discussions actually hold no interest for me for at times they are really not worth it and yet they reach the top. No jealousy here, I actually feel it. Like one top discussin was, which soap do you use. Its amazing that such topics reach the top. Friends are forever and therefore one must always respond to friends. Thats a give and take relation.
