I have been trying to lsoe weight for some time now. I do manage to lsoe a few kilos but am never able to maintain the loss due to my love for food and put it on again. I recently came across an article that talked about a new technique for weight reduction. It was called Neurostimulation. It is a sort of passive exercise regimen where they stimulate certain nerve points to increase body metabolism. I dont know effective it is to maintain loss of weight but some people have seen good results. Has anyone used this technique? Do you think this could be a good replacement for the old methods of weight loss or do you think sweating it out the hard way is the only means for sustained weight loss?

I never heard of it and I am interested about it! The hard way works if you can keep going forever! I am a food lover also and I know what you are talking about, very hard to keep up. But simple as less calories in than you burn. I know I know, lettuce, water, coffee, tea, LOL! Let me know if you find anything.

Yeah Im tired of literally not eating anything and Im not that obese to go in for a surgical procedure. Thing is as I have grown older my metabolism has slowed down I guess and I find it harder to lose weight. So Im trying to see about these new techniques. ill definitely post my results if I do go ahead with this neurostimulation thing.
