I introduced my wife to mylot about a month ago. I would have done it sooner but we only just put an internet connection into the apartment. To say that she has been enjoying the site would have to be the understatment of the year! All I know is that there appears to be a shadow of a woman connected to a computer living in my home! lol. Have you also had to reluctantly sacrifice your better half to mylot? I gotta admire the enthusiasm for sure but sheesh!

Given the technological advances we are making who knows WHAT's around the corner. Your life may end up complete sooner than you think! Thanks for responding.

Fine. For you my dear I shall make an exception! And forgive me also for my upbringing and being one of the rare people left on this rude friggin' planet that actually use manners more than once in their lives.....

Boy, no smiley face or anything! I guess your pretty phuckin' serious about that huh? Oh well, all I can say is that's what you get for allowing your upbringing to determine how you should behave. My mother tried to teach me manners too but I assiduously ignored her as I never could see the point in pretending to be such an 'oh so civilized' savage.

Hi there. I have tried to introduce my boyfriend to mylot, but he is always so busy and it turns out he has no time to share it with me. Because we don't live in the same city and every time he is with me, he just keeps looking at me and talking to me, like he has never seen me before, lol. Good for you that you can enjony mylot together. In my house it is just a lonly shadow of myself sitting in front of the little laptop, typing fast and smiling to myself. Only if mylot had a pen, lol!

Hi Denise. At least you do get some joy from mylot and having a site such as this make you smile is definitely a good thing overall! Absence does make the heart grow fonder too so thank goodness when you do get the chance to see your BF you are spending wuality time together rather than mylotting! lol. My wife and I have found a very happy medium when sharing the compter at home for mylotting now so all is good at this end! Thanks for your response.

Hello Denise ! I agree with you that mylot is a plantform of share and communication. But you should understand it's just one way to share and communication. So many things rich of meaning need to be done exceptinternet. why not try them?If we have no internet, also have a good life. Please remember it!

I would definitly call mylot a she as woman are allways said to like to talk and discuss, this time it would be a positive prejudgement to say mylot is female because it's about enjoyable talk and discussing topics. I have tried to introduce my partner to mylot but so far he doesn't want anything to do with it. He's just not that into posting and likes to hang out on his world of warcraft account better. I think it's ok, you don't have to share all interests . Nice that you now both can enjoy mylot!!

Yes it seems more and more people now are alluding to mylot as a "she"! So definitely time for me to relax a little. lol. I am actually extremely proud of her because she is trying so hard to better her English and already I have seen massive improvement. It is nice to have yet one more thing in common too! Thanks for responding and maybe you can push your partner to post a topic on Warcraft then? lol.

You would have had to ask my husband this question last year. BUt I made sure I wasn't on mylot when he was home (which wasn't most of the time....and he was travelling quite a bit too). At a point, I felt I was here way too much but just couldn't stop myself from mylotting. Anyways, my husband doesn't like me being glued to the computer (I've always been addicted to the computer since I first set eyes on it...at the age of 17) even if it is for something useful. No wonder I didn't know who your wife was..I wasn't around when this discussion was posted!

Personally I feel that if the two of you are comfortable this way...it's fine. Yes, it is another common interest and sure....you two can gossip all you want about us here on mylot (maybe I should make that 'me'...another person might be offended to think that a couple is discussing them).

Goodness me SViswan! You are certainly providing me with a trip down memory lane today! lol. My wife and I have always managed to find a happy medium when it comes to mylotting so I was of course poking fun at the situation at the time but I am sure that many people looking in on us would deem our time spent on here as unhealthy! At least we are sharing yet another similar interest though right? Thanks for responding.

Well, look at it this way, since my lot does not have a pen!s, she will probably keep you around for at least ONE thing......maybe? I don't have that problem with my spouse, or he with me. We each have different sites we go to, and we limit the amount of time we spend on line.

So mylot is a "she"?? Thank God for that then..... I can now sleep at night! Maybe it is time for me to tell her that mylot may actually be female and turn the tables! lol. Thanks for responding.

Oh I see the funny side of it! Hence the title of the topic! If we combine her earnings AND mine, then maybe we can buy that can of soda we have been dreaming of! lol. Thanks for responding.

I do like to write yes..... It is time really that restricts me from doing it for personal reasons. That's why this site is great. Short, sweet and quick!

Oh, I know. Not much to be made here. Do either of you like to write? I write for AssociatedContent.com, Helium.com and ehow.com. I make quite a bit of cash from these 3.

I find everything here from crap, to informative, to extremely funny! What more can I ask? Good I don't have a boyfriend at the moment....otherwise, he would be in danger! hahahahaha ;)
