First test of the new school year,

And he got a 100%!!!! My 3rd grader just came home with his spelling test from this past Friday. He got a 100% on it. Out of 20 words he got all 20 right. Yea, for him! Have your kids had any tests yet this school year? How did they do?

My daughter is just in kindergarten. So no tests yet. But she did come home with her first Panther Paw award. The kids have several different ways to earn those. I think of it as a good behavior award. Good job for him. I know he must be so excited.

He just got his new 20 word spelling list yesterday and he already knows all of them. He got tripped up on the word "escape" for a second, but he got them all.

Aww Congratulations to your son!! I take my little 8 year old sister to school in the mornings and pick her back up after school. She is in 3rd grade also, but I don't think she's had any tests yet. Or, Atleast she hasn't told me. lol I was always good in spelling throughout school...It was math that got me!
