stop smoking or be fired!

I was watching Good Morning America this morning and on there they were talking about a company called Wesco...?....Anyways they have a no smoking policy and the policy states that if their employee smokes they have two choices A: They can quit smoking and keep their job or B: Keep smoking and be fired! The employees have random test to make sure that their employees are not smoking.....and get this according to the story that was told even if the employee doesn't smoke and is around someone that smoke they will still get fired! Wow! They are doing this because they want their employees to be healthy long term employees and not have to pay medical expences......so seeing the fact of the higher medical co-pays and premiums for smokers is not detouring people who smoke to quit and the raising costs of tobacco is not effecting them, they have took matters into their own hands..... Does this effect our rights as Americans? Whats the point of having all these "Rights" if there are loupoles? And no I don't smoke and don't allow it in my house or vehicle because I don't want my children around it....And yes I have jumped many peoples butts for smoking infront of my vehicle especially when I have the air on cause it comes much easier into my car...and the person can't seem to understand what they are doing wrong.....DUH! "Go smoke in your own car, don't smoke infront of someones car especially when they have babies in the car!" So what do you guys think about this?
