house over troubled water - or is it water with a troubled house..

i was on vacation last april 07 when i saw this house (or is it really a house?), i took a snapshot and this is what it is, floating on the sea near a pier. what could you tell and say on this? perhaps the title doesn't speak for what it is or i may say that it is water with a troubled house.

That's really cool! It looks like some sort of raft! But it's shaped like a cabin! It definitely doesn't look to sturdy.... but it looks pretty neat none the less!

i ask around the area about it and they said somebody actually leave there but as you said, it doesn't look firmly built so i wanted to really speak to the man of the house but my time run out waiting for him. so i left without knowing what really it is yet definitely it's very cool.

hello Sir Rob yeah it really happens most on our countrymen most especially there in luzon.. and also here in our place some houses also experienced such situation most especially this week the rain is so heavy that made the houses in to troubled..

bureaucracy and economic down pour contributes as its factor i may say. sad but it is so true and it has been happening over decades already.
