I was reading through them, thinking "They're making these UP!" The Madonna one in Particular..Which of them stands out as really stoopid for You?

All the time! LOL Just the other day I thought a song that I've heard over the radio many times was called "Don't Speed", but in fact it is called "Don't Speak"! LOL This is just one of many that I mishear. I'm just glad I'm not the only one that has had this problem when it comes to hearing the lyrics! LOL

I must admit One song I didn't "Get" for the longest time was the Beach Boys "Barbara-Ann"-I thoght it was just some random Nonsense intro lyric "Ba Ba Ba, Ba Ba Ba Ren"!

Oh my gosh, I also thought it was some sort of random nonsense! You mean to say they've been saying Barbara Ann all along? Ah, it all makes sense now! LOL

yeah, i agree....they seem to be written by a bored guy that used to be a tabloid writer, sitting behind the desk of his new job that he secretly hates. i don't hear any of those songs the way he says. i either hear the correct words, or i just don't know the song.

I knew the "Kiss the Sky" one was misheard as "Kiss this Guy" from before..I believe there's a misheard lyrics site called "kiss this Guy" named for it!

Those were pretty lame, some songs it is difficult to understand the lyrics - but Michelle...come on - that is very basic French. ANd Roberta flack and peabo bryson - those words are clear -- I have lost over 1/2 of my hear and I can understand them - duh!

I agree, very Lame! But I distinctly remember that There's a line in "Message in a bottle" that DOES sound like "I feel Sue Lawley"! (A UK Broadcaster/presenter)..I was doing a search for her resume, and found this.. http://www.cockneyrhymingslang.co.uk/slang/sue_lawley
