Have you ever cried for no reason, not even for happiness or sorrows. Have you ever get emotion for no reason? How did you deal with them? Have you experienced depression and emotional time? If so, share your experience. I am going through depression and emotional time for no reason. I got angry or mad easily over small things. I get frustrated too fast. I cry more easily than usual. I cried so hard now because I cannot take it anymore. I couldn't get a counselor for several reason but if you have idea about getting counselor for free, feel free to share, but otherwise, I tried everything to get help, but there is a wall for me to get help. I just want share and listen friendly advices about dealing with them. Feel free to share anything as you wish. P.S. I am not going to do stupid thing such as suicide. I just wish stop that.

I cry everyday at least 10 times a day. Seriously. But I love to cry. It makes me feel better. Sometimes you just need a good cry. However it got pretty bad and I would break down at work. Now my husband works and I stay home and take care of everything. I cry less now too even though I do more than when I worked. You just have to find what makes you happy. And don't worry about crying, if it makes you feel better, there is nothing unusual about it.

If you have health insurance or enough money, you should consider seeing a psychiatrist or counselor. It's okay to be depressed, but if you want to feel better it may take professional help. They may put you on anti-depressants and help you talk through some of the problems you might be experiencing. If seeing a professional is not an option, try to focus on the good things you have in your life and be grateful. I try to think about how much my boyfriend loves me, how wonderful my two doggies are, how great my friends and family are and how everyone is always there for me when/if I need them... Also, surround yourself with friends and family and keep busy. Perhaps get a hobby. Some people say if you start eating a healthier diet and becoming a bit more active it helps as well. It might be a good idea to add one or two more fruits and veggies each day to your diet. It might also be a good idea to go out walking or jogging a few days a week for a few miles if you have the time. Fresh air and the beauty of nature coupled with walking off steam and getting away from everything is good. Many people say exercising helps release certain hormones/endorphins that are mood enhancers. Hope some of these suggestions have helped. I know I was in a really bad place a few weeks ago for a long time. Recently I have been talking it out and exercising more and I do feel a bit better. Good luck to you, I hope things get better soon!

This is normal. Its not necessary that you cry only if you have a present reason. Your mind stores all the memories which even go on inside it unknowingly. Sometimes you feel bad, or many people(like me) always feel bad for no reason. Well there has to be a reason and there surely is a reason taking my past!. Emotions come out from your mind and thats what makes you cry.
