eggs are very high in cholesterol. you better watch out. its not really good in your health if you will eat too much of it. now if you do have a very active life. like doing sports its fine to eat it daily.
I don't eat eggs every day. I probably only have eggs once or twice a month. I like eggs, but I'm not a real big egg person. We make breakfast as a family on sundays so that is about the only time I eat eggs.
