Should I or should I not

I belong to ten-ads.com, and it says on there you can buy referrals with your account money. I don't quite have enough yet; but I was thinking when I do to buy a referral. So I was just wondering if anyone belonged to this site, and if they bought any referrals, and if it was worth it?

Hi know21, i am new member of that site, and already buy 1 referral and at first he login all times but then the site is down for maintenance for 3 days, after that, my ref never login back. the number stop at 27 everytime i login. may be i pick wrong person..

I do have one referral and just like yours the number stopped at 27; but I was wondering if that is updated like once a week, and we have to wait until next week for it to change?
