Has this ever happened to you on Ebay?

On Tuesday I logged into my account and I noticed 2 disputes from 2 different sellers were made to Ebay for non payment.
One was for a psp game and the other one was for a disk cleaner.
Now mind you, I have not bid on these items so I am confused.
I am wondering if someone hacked into my account and made these bids.
I went ahead and changed my password and contacted the sellers to explain the situation.
I hope I don't get any negatives on my profile. I have 11 feedback from buyers and sellers and all are positive ratings.
Has this ever happened to you?

No it hasn't but on one occasion i clearly entered 1 item in the buy it now option on something i wanted to buy and ended up with 3! Had to contact seller about, it she was very understanding but had to go through the process of mutual bid retraction and all because ebay messed up!

Thank goodness you were able to straighten it out. I was thinking if those sellers gave me a negative rating I would close my account and reopen a new one. It would be a shame to have to lose the 11 positive ratings but I can't bear a negative mark on my record. I have had that same account since 2003 and this is the first time I have had a problem.
