I usually dont wear watch every day but whenever I do that, I do that on my left wrist. This is the trend that I follow. Also, I tie my watch on the right wrist if there is something which I need to remember. This unusual watch on right hand reminds me of some important thing which I am missing.

I think it depends on whether you're left- or right-handed, with the watch being worn on the opposite hand, i.e right-handers would wear it on their left hands. And this is what I do. But then, I know some people that just disregard this and feel comfortable wearing their watches on a specific wrist, irregardless of their handedness(?). So, it doesn't really matter, and it's mostly just a preference. Each to his own, I suppose

When young i wore my watch at right hand, then my mother said that the standard practice is to have it on your left hand, so i changed ... Later while watching "Family Ties" in my yournger days .. I saw Michael J Fox, had the facing of his watch inwards ... it was different, so .. I wore the watch in my left hand the faceing is inwards, towards my palm .. Now ... i am too lazy to wear a watch ... cheers
