What is your cashout strategy?

Do you request payment the moment you meet the minimum payout? OR do you accumulate until a certain amount has been reached before cashing out? What is your preference and why?

Hi curiousman, If I am new to the site I am usually in a hurry to make their minimum payout and request right away because I want to see first hand if they do pay and how long do they take to pay! I requested a payment from a legit site nearly two months now and I have yet to see my payment from them! They still do pay but the admin has alot of catching up to do regarding payments... After seeing that the site pays I decide to let it build up a bit before requesting because I have an upgraded Alertpay account and it takes fees, so I rather request a bulk of cash and be charged one flat fee on it.

Each payment processor (Paypal and Alertpay) gives you a certain limit when you are using their service free all the time. I actually had to forcibly upgrade because I did a project for a guy and he could only pay using his credit card and I needed an upgraded account for it. I decided to leave it upgraded though because in the future I intend to be making lots from the internet. So yeah, basically that is why I am an upgraded member with my payment processors.

Thanks for your reply roaxanne. This question may sound stupid. What are there fees imposed on upgraded members? Why not just use a standard account to avoid the fees?

i request payment once i receive the minimum payout.. this is also my way to know if the site is really legit or not.. but to some sites that are having problems for the time being, i delay the request and once their system is ok.. i would request.. i'm doing this now with earn.nu. they have trouble paying members... hope they will be back soon.

earn.nu is really a paying site.. but, the past month has been a disaster.. i haven't given up on that site though.. from their forum, their payments are still having a problem.. since they made premium payments instant.. well, let's see some updates in a few more days. thanks..

I hear earn.nu is a paying site. I think they are behind payments due to the recent DOS attacks. I'm not a member but believe they will catch up soon. Don't worry.

I request for payouts as soon i reach it. I dont know if this site will be up tomorrow or in future. So in my opinion this is the best strategy for me. I had a few dollars on buxhot but now it is gone with the site. On the other hand i cash out $1 from paidmailz every now and then. They pay next day in my paypal. So i think its better. Even if this site goes down, i will loose cents not dollars.

I agree with you. I just want to confirm something here. There's no charges for cashing out frequently right?

Not in Paid Mailz..No. There is no charge for requesting a payment after every dollar. I have cashed four times now and they didnt charge me. I am not sure about other programs though. I havent been able to get frequent cashouts from any of the other yet.

I request payment immideatly when I reach the minimum payout. I dont love to wait. But seriously there are some exceptions!

Depending on the reliability of the site, I cashout at minimum payout, or wait until I have a large amount, so it's more like receiving a real paycheck.

It depends, but most of the time I make the first cash-out as soon as I've reached payout to make sure that the site is not a scam. ;-)
