In my line of work, I have learned to smile even when I'm pissed off.
Actually makes me feel an ounce better.

What work is it? ^_^, some of our jobs really needs to makes some smile especially in front of costumers or clients even when we are in bad moods, we need to show them how willing we are to support them in their needs...thanks and keep smiling^_^

I'm working as a call center agent now and I'm in the billing department. Billing disputes really gets people aggravated and makes them totally unreasonable and unbelievably stubborn.
In the real world, I would already be walking out or swearing or asking for a fist fight; during work hours, I just have to smile and take it.
(Don't I sound like a martyr?)

I do smile with my friends whenever I meet them even I'm in the mood! Except if their one who gave a reason not to smile! And I am also trying to be happy all the time because that's help me in my daily lives! Most of the time that I'm cranky my husband teases me a lot as well so this sometimes help me to smile.

It's easy to said than done. I also feel it's hard but many times I managed to do that. I just think that it's not fair to make other people a victims of my mood, they don't know about it so I keep smiling and don't want to show it to them. But, like I said, it's easy to said than done. Sometimes, I failed.
