Today is a bad day for me. It was bad from the starting of this morning. Now i have to suffer for 2 or 3 days.
When i woke up today morning i somehow bite my own tongue. Then it hurt a bit. But later the pain has increased. When i tried to eat lunch i could not eat it properly because of pain. So i had to leave to food.
But it was not the end. Still i ma suffering from pain. Now whenever i move my tongue i feel pain.
It is not the first time it happened to me.
I have gone through this before. And now i have to suffer for this few days.
Did something like this happened to you?

Mind your tongue and it wouldn't happen

Yeah I know you won't bite intentionally be careful the last time it happened with me was years back I think I don't even remember.

No my friend i did not do it intentionally. It happens suddenly. Can't control it.

Gosh that must be awful! 
I have never bitten it as bad as you are describing. Just a sort of pinch type bite which passed very quickly.
Have you got sharp teeth or a long tongue? 
I really hope that it passes soon. Is there any medicine that can help?
At least here on MyLot you can 'talk' to us all without opening your mouth

I have sharp teeth & not a long tongue. But today is a bad day for me. And next few day are going to be a bad day for me because of the pain.
OK it will be a problem to talk next days. But i can talk freely here. Nice idea.

Yes. My pain is gone. It lasted 3 days. Now i am ok

Happens to me all the time,the pain I mean, I have fibromyalgia and the #1 symptom is feelig like you have the flu,the achy pain that goes through your body, also no one can tough me without having the pain increase severly wherever they touch me. Then I have severe weekness and many many more things, But I make the most of it and still try to live my life to the fullest.I love mylot because I can't drive some times when my symptoms are bad. So during those times when I'm stuck at home,I know I can Sign in here and I have loads of friends to take the "blues" away . THANKYOU MY MYLOT FRIENDS!!!!!!! And about your tongue, if it's that bad go to a dr. or the E.R. I do hope you get better.

So you know how it feels. This pain will remain for a few days. Nothing can be done.

i had bite my own tongue a few times before...but the pain will remain for some minutes only....i know,it'll really paining a lot,when we bite our own tongue...but its strange to hear that it often happens to you....why did you often bite your own tongue?(i know you do it unknowingly,but still why?)

You were lucky my friend. Mine pain is still there. And will be there for a few days. Hope few days end soon.
