End Of August Already?

I know! I can hardly believe it is the end of the month again too! I swear the older I get the faster that time speeds by. I can totally empathize with you on not feeling well. My children and I are just getting over the same thing right now. I kept all 4 of my children home from school last week because they were so sick. We all stayed in bed for the most part and lots of cold medicine, tylenol, and soup. My symptoms started out with a very sore throat, then sneezing, then congestion, then the coughing. Oh the coughing has been HORRIBLE! Then I got chills and broke out in sweats repeatedly. Two of my four children had diarrhea and vomiting to start the illness off. I felt sick to my stomach but never actually lost it. Today, I am actually starting to feel better and the kids still have the cough, but they are doing better too. I am glad we all have the extra day - Labor day - to rest up. I am also on here posting just like everyone else. Gotta get those last minute posts in there while you can. Hi there KrauseHome! This month has not really been a "myLot-busy" month for me. I was thinking that I would be able to do more this month as there are many "no classes-day" for us due to all those storms and holidays. Unfortunately, I still have a lot of other errands that needed attention. Anyway, I am happy that somehow, I was able to make enough this month to make it to payout and enough to compensate for what I have not earned last month.

Where did the summer go. Here it is the end of summer, soon fall will be here and then yuck winter. I have made payout this month, woohoo. I haven't made payout in only one month since the beginning, way back when. It usually takes me two months to make payout, which is fine. I am still here, I am not going any place. I am hoping thatMylot stays around for many years, its a great place to be. I am so glad that I found it. I hope you get to feeling better soon, I wish for all of your dreams to come true.

I had done but due to Circumstances I lost a lot so I am hoping that I have managed to make it tonight so I do not have to come back lol but I will see and just keep hoping that I have

Hey Tina, I hope you feel better soon. Being sick is never a nice thing. You are like me, I already can't believe it is the end of August! Where has most of this year gone?! Well, I made payout this month which is nice. Goals? Well, no myLot goals really. I just post on whatever topic interests me but earlier this evening I saw my post number and thought to myself, "How cool would it be if I made it to 1300 tonight?" So maybe, just maybe...I'll go for it. Talk about last minute or spur of the moment goals. Okay, so I am lacking in one goal but it's still August 31st so I have some time to make that up before tomorrow. Yes, I am a bit of procrastinator as well... I was very surprised today...I got three best responses. My highest in one day ever! I am very happy about that! I have to say it has been a good month for me too. Although my current earnings are for both July/August. I just haven't been active on here as much as I was when I first joined, but this extra money is going to sponsor me a box of fancy chocolates. Well, try to have a good evening. I hope that cold clears up soon.

Sorry to read about your sore throat. I hope you get well soon. August seemed to go very fast. Tomorrow is September and Christmas is just around the corner. I did not even reach payout Anyway, I got a new job this month so I am happy. Keep posting Cheers!

oh yes... this month is really going very very fast... i don't even realise it and it is now september already... i didn't even manage to reach payout this month as i am a bit slow and i am sick last weekend as well... i am short by a few pennies... but it is OK... i will just let the money reside and accumulate in here and cash it out next month in bulk... :-) take care and have a nice day...

I can hardly believe that September is here already. I am not real sure of where the month went but I did make payout so I am excited about that. I hope to make it again this month and I hope to make some good money soon online. I would like to start writing for my income and I would be able to quit the job that I don't like. This site is a lot of fun for me and I enjoy the friends that I have made here. I hope that as this site grows so does our income from here.

i did reach payout.. but my earning did not did not update last night.. i didnt know why and i'm really sad about it because i was really very active yesterday, responding to all discussions that interests me..

It seems to have gone pretty fast for me too. I did manage to make payout for the month, but this is probably my worst month as far as earnings in the last 4 or 5 months. I did not set any goals for myself other than to make payout. I managed that one. Oh, well tomorrow is another month.

It's the first of the month now and this year has gone by fast. Already in September. I must say that I do have fun when coming to my lots and some of the disucssions are really good. I have reached my payout but not the goal that I would have liked to reach. I have done alright but would like to do much better. I think I have gotten best response a few times. But I'm not really good at starting discussions. So most of the times I comment to other discussions. I can say that I do keep up on the news and current events that happen all over the world. I have read some good discussion of others from different places. The news that they may have locally and that might not reach the world status of news. I can also say that you find out alot of information on other sites here too and that is good. Information sharing from around the world. Have a good one.

I did reach payout for the month so I don't have to scramble today making a ton of posts I have already made it. I didn't really have any goals set for the month my long term goal is to get to 10000 posts by the end of the year hopefully I will make it.

Oh sorry to hear it dear,get well soon ,For me now i am not active here cause of my school just started and also it is a whole day so no much time for mylot.Cause when i get home i need to relax and do some home work and also makes food so no much time for myloy but i am doing as i can to visit here.

I have not enjoyed my August. Full of stress, that's why. I've been in a graveyard shift so I got problems with my sleeping. But now, I'm back to first shift, that is, from 6 am to 2 pm. That will be better.

Tina, so sorry you are not well. Fresh pineapple is good for those symptoms, if the diabetes allows for it. Horseradish is as well. I was here, and trying to resolve my unresolved discussions, but it is late, and I will not get them all done. I have made payout this month, plus a little bit more. The rest will get resolved tomorrow. I am enjoying the many new members, and also hearing from my long term friends.

Hi Tina How you doing? I am very happy to have my MYLot account. I have been learning things, here, I am not as fast at posting and starting Discussions as other but I try. I have 14.36 in my MYLot bank right now! It is adding up,. I believe that I am on track for a 25.00 payout next month!
