LOL this has to be one of the dumbest criminals in history. I mean, you are getting arrested and all you worry about is your itching gonads?

His scrotum must have really itched. He seemed very distracted by them.
If I was the cops I wouldn't have scratched them for him, but I may have allowed him to scratch them, although I would have really been watching to make sure he didn't try anything sneaky.

That funny video is really entertaining, thanks for sharing it.
It must be itching him like hell, or else I don´t understand how he doesn´t worry for the police arresting him.
I wouldn´t want to be in his skin, although I feel curious about that, how much can be itch, but just for one or two seconds at most.......
Since I am so sensitive to pain, lol, I could not resist much more time, suffering for that.
