why does some ptc pay instantly and some like bux.to takes ages

I am a member of many ptc sites and it's really sad to see the delay in payouts. I waited for 6 months in bux.to to receive my first payout and i have been waiting for 2 months to be paid by 07bux.net...........Even vipbux needs 45 days standard members whereas I joined thinkbux just few months back and i have already received 4 payments from them and nearing my fifth. Why is there so much delay in payment why can they pay in 3-4 days time or maximum a week. it's painful to wait so long for the money and most of us stop clicking when we don't receive our money or takes so long for receiving the money. I had 10 active clickers at 07bux.net but most of them stopped clicking after they reach their first payout i guess in wait to see whether it's genuine or not and as because of their delayed payment ,they must have started believing it to be a scam.
