If you're having a bad day, what 3 things can make your day better?

I guess for me it would be: 1. Good laugh 2. Hugs 3. Ice cream Well, just like what they say, the best things in life are free. Except for the Ice Cream,that is. I can be easily pleased so my day can turn gloomy to ecstatic with just a snap of a finger. I dont care if I'm too mushy but nothing can beat the warmth a hug can bring. A good laugh is a must in your day. You should excercise your funny bone once in a while. What 3 things can make your day better?

If I'm having a bad day then I guess the first thing for me to do is take a huge deep breath! This helps me to then focus my mind! I then make a nice strong cuppa and then I relax in my armchair with a good book. Once I do this my mind is totally elsewhere and I can escape into another world, another time! The other thing that I could do is jump on my bike and cycle into the sunset!! Nothing but pure escapism! When I'm cycling my mind is totally free of everything and I am so relaxed. The worst thing that you could possibly do is focus on the things that are getting you down. Ok, those things have to be dealt with but after that, it's time to release those thoughts whatever they are. Andrew

when i am in the bad daysand feeling very sad,my mind is fullof sorrow then i talk to my husband he cosole me and advice me to forget because life is a combination of happiness and sorrows. afterward i pray to god to help me in bad days.i take the help of religious ideas i go to gurudawara for consloving myself. some time i disscuss my views with my friends and colleagus.they try me to make me laugh.sometime i weep for a moment and feel relaxed.

Sounds like you have great plans for your stress-releasing activities. Deep breathing exercises really makes you relax. And anything that you do where you're having fun must really help. And of course, prayers can bring miracles.

Well, it sounds to me like you have a good plan there. As long as it's working for you then I guess that's great. I think you should do whatever you feel helps you the most. It's definitely good to be amongst friends and share your thoughts. Andrew

Cuddles from my partner or friends, time spent snuggling with and petting my kitties and a good cup of tea will help most problems seem lighter. A shopping spree can really perk up your day too though!

For me 3 things that can make my day better are: - coffee - internet - the knowledge I dont have to work that day. I will continue with more: - a solution sprayed on windows that prevent tiny little fingerprints on it - a nap during the day - a bunch of mouses that clean the house overnight I am always in for more, so I gave you more things, if you dont mind.

hi!! these are the things that i do when i am having a bad day. 1.) laugh, laugh and laugh - because laughter is the best medicine. it lightens your soul. No matter how hard and depressing your day is, a good laugh could make it all okay. This is much better when you have your partner in life to share it with, or if not, you still have your loyal friends, who are always their for you, or your family, that supports you..through thick and thin. 2.) a walk in the park - whether it is raining or shining. sometimes i would even prefer a walk in the park when it is raining, because during these times i felt like a kid again. you just feel the rain pouring on you and dont think about things that are bothering you. Miss those times. 3.) eat chocolate - yum yum yum yum yum...i could forget anything when munching a chocolate bar or two. i felt like nothing wrong is going to happen when i have my chocolates...hmmm speaking of one..i think i have to grab one right now. ciao! happy mylotting!

A good laugh or a happy moment shared with a friend, lover, family or whoever it is really brightens up my day. And chocolates helps release serotonin, a happy hormone.

First....make youself smile,,,even if you don´t feel like it and feel ridiculous! Do it! In a few seconds you´ll see that you´re not upset anymore! Second,,,go shopping or even window shopping! You don´t have to spend any money,just try on stuff you like and it´ll put you in a good mood. Third,,,play with your kids! Sometinmes we need to be reminded what it is to be a kid at heart!

Playing with kids or just even seeing pictures of kids helps. It will surely make you laugh and forget all about your troubles.
