is it the amount the company pays you? is it the people whom your working with? is it the people whom your working for? or is it the working environment you are in? or the location of where you will be working at? the methods used at work? or the work itself?? for me, i will take a job the i like, (also includes the workplace and the location) and gives me enough pay to sustain my needs and wants. it will not matter to me whom I'm working with or whom I'm working for... how bout you guys?

Yanex, I've been a teacher for 41 years, and the pay stinks, the hours are horrible, and the stress is incredible. Now, that should mean I don't like it. WRONG! I love it! I wish there were a lot of things that were better, but the focus is the kids, and I love working with them. If your job is really something you love, it isn't really work. I don't want to do anything else, and unless I'm really sick, I'm anxious to go every day. THAT is what's important!

Doing what I love makes it worth being broke a lot of the time, as well as overtired and stressed!
