Do you still remember to clean your bellybutton lately?

Hi everyone!
Good hygiene is a must for everyone
. It is a part of being healthy inside and out. Good hygiene starts with taking a bath everyday, brushing the teeth, cleaning the ears, cutting the nails, putting on deodorants, gargling lysterine for fresh breath, and a lot more that anyone does in order to stay clean and fresh everyday. But have you cleaned your bellybutton lately?
Cleaning the bellybutton is impotant cause you can get infections from it if left unclean but usually it is one part of our body that is commonly missed when it comes to good hygiene. I admit, often times I miss to clean it and so I did it today after taking a bath. I used a cotton bud and some antiseptic and wipe it gently.

i sometimes forget to do that. i usually clean it while taking a bath, that way, the dirt in the belly button is soft and easy to get. i have a very small belly button so sometimes, i have to use a cotton bud to get the dirt in the inner part of my belly button.. thanks for reminding me anyway. i clean it twice a week.. but sometimes i miss it. LOL.. happy mylotting and happy cleaning with belly buttons!

hehehe.. thanks.. i think you're right cleaning it once a week should be fine, i sometimes forget my belly button, even if i plan to clean it twice a week, i end up cleaning it only once a week because i forget about cleaning it..but cleaning it once a week should be healthy!

oh yes, that is one thing that my mother always asked me when i came out of the bath is wether i cleaned my belly button or not. And now it has become a part of a bath regime for me, i shower is incomplete without washing my bellybutton. Or else i take a earbud did it in some anticeptic and clean it, i also use body lotion at times.

. And I hope by makig this post it could help others remember to clean their bellybutton. I just did mine when I took a bath earlier.

I am the King of the belly button fluff collectors! lol. I don't know what it is that makes this so but I am a magnet for fluff in my belly button! I don't go as far as using cotton buds and antispetic though. Washing it in the shower is enough for me I think.....

I do clean my belly button almost everyday when i take a shower i clean my belly button...Just a habit to make sure everything is nice and clean... Im not one to really get a dirty belly button it that may be considering i do take 2 or 3 showers daily...Well have a nice day.. Happy myLotting

yeah,just clean it this morning. during bathing, i used a wet cotton butt to clean it before rinsing it with some soap water, then i dry it. sometimes, it is quite tedious to do all this cleaning. but as you say good hygiene is a must for everyone.
