Have you turned down a proposal?

Hello JanaLee. I have been there, and It wasn't an easy task. And worse is to see the recipient got hurt, and you feel like you are being evil, and scared of commitment. But regardless of your decisions. You always have to weigh things out, and whats good for both parties. The most likely proposals i got is marraige proposals. Marraige is not just something you ask a person out on a date. It's something that you should be ready at. It's about building a family and having kids. As an unwed mother, if i spend the rest of my life with someone. I'd rather that someone would be my best friend and lover, and would treat my kid as his own. Not Some guy that thinks you are a marraige material, thinking I will be a good mother of his children, taking me out on a date, and asking for my hand in marraige and expect me to say YES. The answer was sadly NO. I mean come on, we barely know each other. A few dates doesnt mean that you are compatible to spend the rest of your life together? It just wont work. I'd rather be single then. But it's good thing i met that mr right now. My son called him daddy. LOL And they are just inseparable. I met him when my son was just barely 2yo. My son is going 6 now. And he was my best friend first before we became lovers. When he proposed the first time, i turned him down. But i knew then, he was the one for me. The second proposal came from me. :P And i got the most lovely YES from the man i love for the rest of my life. I will get wed next month. :D

[b]hmmm. so far i haven't had any proposals yet. but i wish a marriage proposal would be that soon. haha! i won't definitely turn that down. it would be an indecent proposal that i will be turning down. as long as it is against the will then that will be my next move. happy posting and happy mylotting![/b]
