looking good... in your pajamas...

well, i dont have a dog or pet to walk so i dont go out of the house unless i am really going somewhere. i dont socialize with our busybody neighbors. rather stay in my room. happy mylotting

I do not blame you for going outside in your pajamas,because there is not shame in being outside in your pajamas as long as they are appropriate and me and my fiance will go outside in our pajamas if we are taking out the trash on Wednesday night or if we are getting something from the shed or if we are helping my mom carry in groceries because there is not point in getting dressed just for a few minutes outside.

I was so embarrassed the other morning when I went out in my Henley-shirt to pick up hubby's newspaper and at the bottom of the stairs looking up was an amused neighbor. When I saw him there laughed, but did not turn away, so I waved hello and darted back into the interior as fast as I could. Geeze, I only went 2 steps from the door and got "caught"-- so notwithstanding that my nightshirt probably covers more than my customary shorts with a T-top, I am not doing that anymore. I don't have a robe. Used to, but in a warm climate it just doesn't seem necessary.

Yeah,why not? If I'm working the late shift, I leave around midday.I dont see the point in getting dressed before its time to put my uniform on. I would hang out the washing, put the bins out, sit and read... Anyone walking past probably wouldn't even notice they were pyjamas. Most peoples pyjamas cover more than their day clothes anyway

Hey anne, Yes I do go out in my nightie or pjs! I have a habit of taking the garbage out in my nightie or boxers & tank top or whatever I'm wearing to bed. I don't care. I'm just going outside my apartment to the garbage pails that are in the ground in front of the apartment. I live in a garden apartment so there are just 2 floors and I live on the ground floor. I have been living here for 28 years. My neighbors have seen me in all types of undress so I really don't care. I'm not parading around the neighborhood in my pj's. Although I have gone across the street to my girlfriends house in my pjs and she has come to my house in hers. I forgot about that. But that's usually like 3:00 in the morning!

I love my loose, floppy pajama pants and I like to just walk around in them, but I never really have any place to go in the morning. I really can't go out and make a fashion statement with them, though as much as I just really want to though!
