Can I possibly downgrade my paypal account from premier to personal?

I was wondering if it was possibe to downgrade my account at paypal back to personal. I don't think I'll be using my paypal account to purchase something from eBay or even be using their merchant services. I'm unnecessarily losing money paying the fee at paypal as I have a premium account. I know I can create another paypal account but I'll also have to update my profiles at various sites which is kind of hectic jov to do. please suggest.
