Selling Online - Pain In The Bum Or Not ?

Have you sold anything online, using a popular web site? I have sold a number of items in the past, but to be honest, I have now stopped using the site because I find it a complete and utter pain in the backside going through all the routine and hassle of actually getting the item up and running.
Am I the only one who finds this annoying ? What are your dislikes about online selling ?

Yeah, i sold a few things online using a webite called Blujay.
It was nice to get rid of my old some stuff, and make some money, but yes I agree. Doing it on a regular basis is suchhhhh a pain. xD
I've heard of people making a living off of selling things on eBay.
It sounds good on paper; not havng to leave home and working at your own pace, but listing, packaging and mailing everything is just too tedious for me.

You say about mailing etc. I have had nothing but warnings and bad reports about loads of Direct Shipping companies. It makes you wonder if there are any companies with integrity out there!

A lot of people say they make a lot of money on ebay but I do not see how. I have sold a couple of things on there but I agree with you it is too much bother. I make some money now by writing articles.

Thanks for comment. Yes, a lot of people claim to make a lot of money don't they. I think quite a bit of what we hear is 'pie-in-the-sky'.
