How do you cope with stress?

When im in stress, i usually do some relaxing exercise or go to sleep to refesh my mind and body.

I do whatever it takes to get rid of my stress, I exercise, sleep, write, listen to music, whatever it is that I can do to get rid of my stress.

Talking with someone I am comfortable with works for me. So after a stressful day I usually make a call or two to some of my close friends or relatives or family memeber and talk to them. Watching TV or some funny movie too helps me cope with stress.

Same here shar, i do like to watch tv of my favorite dvd at home or i play games in the computer so i will forget the stress the i feel. thanks for the respond.

Yes this is a complicated subject because everyone have stress.Someone is choosing and saying that Yoga helps them a lot so they do yoga twice a day.In another case someone have a great power of vision their life so probably they don't have much stress.You know stress is a good friend because it helps us for doing good way or it helps doing for better way,suppose you want to attend a exam or interview if you have no stress their will be no better performance their.So stress is needed for everyone but it dangerous if have much more than what we have need.So there are many ways available to reduce stress from my own opinion do the following things. 1.Call your sweetest person by Phone or talk with them. 2.Remember you favourite moments. 3.Listen some good songs. 4.Pray the God 5.Create a dream or day dreaming in every sleeping time.

Hi how2do I agree what you said, i need it today your good advices for i am always feel stress because i have so many things to do but i have limited time to do it. I cant think very well if i am stress up. Thanks for the respond.

In stress I do the following things I avoid conversation with peaople that time I do Yago that time it give me pawer to fight against Stress.

I'll listen to music or do sport till exhausting and I will feel stress free then.But,that's not the best way I think!Coz you have not clear the sources of stress.Therefore,I think the best way should be cool down and find the sources of your stress,then kill them.

when i feel stressed up, i do the exercise we learned in one of our seminar-workshops.. this is exercising the joints- neck, wrists, shoulders, ankles... it helps me relax..

Have a rest and listen music.I think just try your best is Ok .there is no need to give yourself a great of stress.

I usually take my time alone while I am having stressful moment. I don't want to be bothered. I would smoke and sometimes drink.. or watch DVD all on my own. I don't want to be asked of anything, and I don't want to tell people the story about that.

My stress relief comes from a good book. I try to read every night but sometimes when it gets really stressful I try to pick up a book and read for a while. Works for me!
