How does this work???

Hi people,
I am new to this, i was on another site writing reviews and got decent rewards and discovered this one.
can anyone give me some friendly advice i have tried to get info from the advice but i keep going around in circles.
Are supposed to write articles with a certain amount of words, or is this like a personal blog where you write about things that either interest you or bother you??

Basically the site works like this : You either start a discussion like this one, where you are asking for opinions of other users on a topic. Or, you can do what I am doing now, which is to answer someone elses discussion. I think you will find the topics on this site are quite varied so you can post on just about anything you like

They pay you when you start a discussion and they pay you for answering discussions. And they pay you something when you post photos. Nobody knows for certain how they decide to pay you for these things, they have some magic formula I suppose that they keep secret

you have to make discussions ans anser to some discussions to make money if you make some you have to make it so then people will anser to it more people anser more money.
