So, when you are feeling down, what is something that always cheers you up? For me, it's my son or one of my cats that seems to know when I'm sad, and is always willing to keep me company and soothe me with her purring. So, what's yours?

When I am feeling down what gets my attention is my dog Bobsy barking at my cat bruno and beauty, then I'll just smile and laugh at the three of them, cause bobsy will be running after them trying to get them but my two cat will just stare at bobsy it's like their is nothing wrong.I find it rrediculous but funny. Have a nice day!

I just play with my kids. It seems to fire me up. I cannot possibly be feeling low all day with them around!

Hi it is my friend who always cheers me up. Whenever I am sad he knows it very well that I am sad for something and I am not able to express it. He knows the best way to find what that is and can give me a very good solution to that. He knows how to bring smile on my face. I feel very happy and refreshed in my mind if I just think of him. I always find myself very secured and feel that I have someone to think about me always. His presence really comforts me at all times.

Upbeat JPop songs usually cheer me up. Even if I barely understand the lyrics, there's something about such music that just livens me up after a rough day.

I have my husband and our kitty named slicky to cheer me up. Sometimes, if my hubby and I have a little misunderstanding, I would stay in our room and slicky would go and lay on the bed with me. She will just stay there and stare at me. My hubby knew me well especially when I am upset or sad of something. The strategy that always makes me smile is, he would jump in the bed and he will give me a big hugs and million of kisses. If it wont work, he will tickle me! Or he will ask me what I want to have and want to do. He doesn't want to see me get upset or sad. He is used to see me wearing a smile all the time..hahaha

When ever I am sad of any thing I usually surf at the internet and I get some interesting sites to view and I also discuss my sorrows at my lot and indulge in say and listen and in this process things that sad me are over.

It's my flute or my guitar. Whenever I'm down, I will start playing music and eventually I'm relieve of that unweary feeling. Im expressing myself in music and it sooths me, for me its an extension of myself.
