How long after giving birth did it take for Aunt Flow to return?

My daughter is almost 9 months old and my period hasn't returned yet. I'm just curious if it took other women awhile too.

Oh gosh... My son is 10 months old. I think I had my period return at 6 weeks or around that time... LOL I remember because my husband and I didn't quite wait the 6 weeks to do the you know what! ;)

are you nursing your baby. Somes time that will prevent periods from coming. You can also get pregenate at this time.

My nephew Andrew - 2 months old
When I had my baby, I only bled for 3 days after her birth, then I didn't have my period until she was 10 months old. I would occasionally have some spotting, and would feel like I was about to start, but didn't. But, some ppl are different...
