Someone riding a pick up truck gives you the dirty finger, what do you do?

Out of nowhere these truck comes careening down the street and you were crossing the street, one of the men gives you the dirty finger for no apparent reason. How should you react. Common sense tells you to ignore, but isn't the temptation too much to do likewise. lol. What would be your natural reaction to such rudeness and indecency?

well, nothings gonna happen if you'll give him the dirty finger in return. and neither you can't slap his face nor shout at him for you've wrote in there that he's riding in a truck.. better ignore ignore those nonsense people. they aren't worth to give time.

Well, first what would your reaction be? Would you be upset by that? Would you be able to remain calm if that happened to you? What made this come up? Did it happen to you?
If somebody did that to me; I would smile and wave at them, as if to say: "aren't you just wonderful?" LOL
