I really Love your post.especially #35 get up,dress up and show up.I take it to mean, as I have seen this with my own eyes "vanity is the hallmark of sanity" Even the act of taking a shower, can pull a deadened soul back from the brink. for those of us who are very sensitive to the actions of others and have be hurt by words...hence, causing depression,which in my world, at times has left me with a longing to just lay in bed and wallow ...that really spoke to me. In the last six months my world has toppled from having everything I AFFIRMED FOR:To losing one thing after another: things, I loved, that took years to nurture GONE! all gone,! now I am left,having to fight the reaction to just shut down, and never get up again...I will remember that one. The getting up in the morning,writing journal, and seizing the day...I have found is far more useful than months of "pity me therapy".... Our lives are a series of experiments in my opinion. Some work, while others don't. some experiments work out and stay for the long haul, while some just peter out...it is our responsibility to make our own bed,and again and again...learn to take chances. Win or Lose...you have to keep trying....if only because you were born. We are all individual souls encased in skin and bones, and on our own path.... Hi, very useful tips. these simple tips help us a lot. Getting up early in the morning is one of the greatest ways to make the whole day active and relaxed.
