Obama tells crowd he IS President

United States
September 7, 2008 3:24pm CST
I have seen so many discussion and opinions from Obama supporters nitpicking Sarah Palin's and John McCain's every word. Well folks here is one comment from Obama that I am picking on. It was caught on YouTube so lets hear all Obama adorers say it was out of context, or perhaps he did not really say it?? To me,Freudian slip or not, it shows that in his own mind he is already the President. Your comments? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgr2jyYrvLk&eurl=http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2008/09/06/obama-tells-indianans-hes-already-president

Obama is an arrogant dude anyway. Remember in one trip to Europe he did paint the emblem looks like the presidential emblem? I am not surprise to hear that he is already think he is the next president of the united states. He may be great, but nothing turn me off more than an arrogant person. for that reason, I will not vote for him

I have been avoiding American news like it's the plague. I think I am burnt out on it from all the time I spent in the USA, listening to all the coverage. I hope Obama doesn't get into the same prediciment that Thomas E. Dewey got into, in 1938 (or was it 39) when the papers predicted that he was going to be President, and he lost.

I have to give Obama a pass on this one. All politicians make gaffes, some more than others. I can't hold that against him for being human.

I went and listened to what you had said and yes he did say it. You left out that he corrected himself right away however. Just like potato not potatoe. You see we all do it. LOL. I have heard alot about both. I can't wait until it's over myself. People fighting over what? Keep it to yourself and you will be fine is what I tell my son. Now Obama didn't do this the people that want him in office did. They are out handing out pens at where my son works. He asked this one girl hey cool where did you get the pen she tell's him. Now the man doing this just ased the Black people in the store here vote for Obama. My son told me he walked by him 3 times and was never asked or given a pen. Now what would you call that. We are split in my house so I say NO NO to all. I want no fighting. Go online or somewhere I don't have to listen anymore. Stick me with a fork I'm done. lol... I wish both good luck. And wish I could say has been fun but not this year. He said she said no was him first. My gosh sound like a bunch of kids. I did enjoy the youtube however thank you. It was kind of like watching a blopper show. I'm sure there will be more. Let me know about the funny one's. enjoyed had fun read you later. Onlydia

Might as well face the facts it is going to be nit picking all the way to the election. This is the most tedious part of the election process where everyone acts like crazed 2 year olds finding fault with everything the other person does. It is embarrassing to think these people run countries. The special interest groups are already getting their shots in with a smear campaign against Palin. I got one of their notes in e mail yesterday. Politics is so foolish most of the time. These two candidates are spending all their time digging and dishing dirt on their opponent and very little time building a sustainable platform. I would rather look to the future in elections not dig up the past.

Kennyrose what are you actually saying... Would he be a good president? or not? And in all of this research what did you find to make you come to that conclusion.... I mean anybody running for president would say almost anything to become president... I just want to know if you think he would be a good president or not..

I can't believe it! I really thought people were smarter than this and they are still taking every word literally. I just proves that people to not read anyone else's response otherwise they would respond in kind. They do not even read the response that got "best response" that would have given them a clue!! Too busy jumping immediately on the defense for their messiah.

I think that he will be president. If he's not then this will be one of those you tube moments that will be there for ever to say that you didn't become president. So right now at this moment I think that he will. I hope that he will be president.

He thought that he is already the president and this creates problem to his attidtude if he looses. so I suggest him not to do so. I liked clinton and now john and when he choose palin I like her too. This is bad to over excited and over confidence.

I am just so tired of people picking the candidates and what they say apart. They are human and as humans we all make mistakes. No one but Obama knows rather or not that was deliberate or not. To me it sounded like a joke. I am neither for Obama or McCain, so I am not taking sides on this. Lets move on to something more important!

I'd say it's wishful thinking. He was obviously trying to be clever but came out more obnoxious than anything.
