I'm sure you've been overloaded with lots of work before, and wondering just how in the world you're gonna get it done in time. You start to worry and you decide its best to just get started right away and see how it goes. This kind of stress-filled environment is sometimes what we face in our work. Stress is often bad for our health, but is the thing that starts us up to get to work. Do you think it's good to live in a stressful environment?

NO! I belive that if you liv ein a stressful environment for so long it could kill you, and why would you want to live like that I know you must be unhappy. I would want to live and be happy while I live.

Well, under no stress, there'll be less motivation for work, don't you agree? In a stress-free environment, that could be potentially unproductive and harm you in the long term. I think it's important to perhaps, keep a balance between stress and stress-free. After all, you don't want to end up as a bum on the street cause you refuse to work!

I think that some stress can be a good thing. If we're faced with a bit of stress it may actually help us perform a bit better in some situations. However, living in a stressful environment and being worried all the time definitely is NOT good for your health. You'll never be able to relax, you'll constantly be worried about what is going to happen next, what you'll get wrong and all of that wonderful stuff.

Yeah, people should take some time off work to focus on other things to release their stress from time to time. I love to relax by reading a book or going on the internet. Gets rid of all the tension I have in the day.
