do u like common life or get promotion?

nowadays,more and more womem are working in various filed.if you're a woman who is in setting office,what do u prefer? keeping a commom life without competition and challenge or action with activity and more hard working to get promotion?

I think a common life without competition and challenge or action would be too boring & monotonous and i think everybody will want to get promoted to higher level as its a human tendency to get better & upgrade life & their envioroment
