nowadays more and more women are working in verious fileds .if u're a woman who is
in setting office,what do u prefer?keeping on a common life without competition and
challenge or action actively and more hard working for get promotion?

I think everybody would want a promotion. Life wouldn't be exiciting if there is no challenge. And everyone wants to improve their way of living and that includes me so yes, I would want a promotion and definitely I will work hard for it

Having a common or a more hectic and challenging life is really one's preference. Either of the two is good as long as it makes one happy and satisfied.
