Friends, Please Wish Me Luck

I've been out of a job since june 15th and living off of a measly 111.00 dollars a week. I've uploaded resumes on Monster and i've filled out various applications online for local jobs, and over the past few months have had no success. I finally got a call today for a job interview and i'm so relieved. I have so much financial stress on me right now and a job would make life so much better. My interview is tommorow at 3PM, please wish me luck :)

Oh good luck to you!!! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed and sending you good vibes at 3:00 tomorrow. I can't imangine looking for a job these days, the market is just terrible. I've been trying to find my husband a job closer to home but the pay scale is horrible so he is forced right now to take a contract job 4 1/2 hours away from us. So you are definitely not alone! Keep us posted and again GOOD LUCK!!!!

The interview went off very, very well! At this store they make you go through 2 interviews (my boyfriend told me some companies do that to check for consistency), the lady that interviewed me today was going to let her boss do my second interview immedatley after (which to me is a good sign) but unfortunatley her boss was playing as store director so she didn't have the time. So i'm waiting for a call :) I have really good faith that i did well and i'll be receiving that call real soon. I'm excited.

thank you. i was speaking to a friend of mine online last night who actually used to be a retail manager. He said that to me as well. He also said that usually when you get the 2nd interview you pretty much have the job. so i feel really good :)

That's so great to hear! The fact that she wanted your second interview to be immediate is a wonderful sign. I have a feeling you've got a really really good chance at this job. Again...keep us posted, I'm rooting for you; really, I am!

Aw, good luck! I've put in quite a few apps had haven't heard anything back. Since I don't need money super badly (still live with parents, lol) - I just do this at home production work with my mom (brings in anywhere between $200-$800 a month) and online things. But, I'm hoping to find a job soon, so I can start saving up to move out, lol
