Have You Started A New Discussion Today?

or are you one that would rather sit back and post back to New discussions never starting a New discussion at all? Maybe you just haven't thought of something New to start here as well. I know for me, there are many days that I post on here and never start a New discussion, and then there are the days I might start one or two just to get things going. I know there is also the thought how much do we earn if we start a New one as well. I find some of the best ways to get to know some of the people who are actively posting in here is by starting a New discussion and then reading over what they have posted back as well. This in turn gives me a reality of what that person is like and how there life is compared to mine as well. Personally, I enjoy both posting back and starting New discussions as well. myLot will always be one of my favorite places to be, and I hope it continues to be one of yours as well. ~~TINA~~

I don't think I've posted a new discussion in about a month. I usually only post one when I have a question I need help answering. Last school year I asked about science grade experiments for 3rd graders and got such good ideas. In fact, the one my daughter did earned her a great grade and she got the top award in her catagory.

No, I haven't started a new discussion yet. I'm just looking around and seeing what's new for now. I'll probably start some later. I have to figure out what I want to talk about that would be interesting to others.

No, I did not start a discussion today. But then again I'm not the type of person to start many discussions on here. However I did start one a few days ago. I'll probably start another discussion in a week or 2, depending on if I can come up with a real good one, not something that has been asked over and over again.

nope.. i havent started any discussions at all today. i am more of the "responder" type..hehehe well, i just cant think of good enough topic to start.. so i always settle with responding to other people's discussions. well i enjoy doing that too.. but i hate some times when i cant find good topics to respond to .. so when that happens, i would rather start my own discussions..

Mostly I've been posting. I started a few threads, but I'm still fairly new here. I find that posting is the best thing for now. Get myself known a bit and gather a few more friends. Then maybe when I start a thread they will get more traffic. Or not, it's hard to predict. I have fun reading and posting though. I will eventually start more discussions as I think of things to talk about or ask. I also love going into the no response section and answering there. I usually go a few pages back and answer some there. I hate to have anyone with no responses to their discussions!

i like and really try posting new discussions everyday atleast one new discussion if im online...and the rest is responding to my friends discussion or even discussions with no responses..yeah somehow it will give us a glimpse of what our friends life was all about..that is thru reading some of their posted discussion..but in the end im still curious of what my friends look like...

I rather prefer to respond to my friends' discussions first and some other discussions instead of starting my own discussions. I find it is easier to post my response to some interesting discussions, rather than starting my own.I only start a new discussion, when I feel that the topic is such which may elicit some quality responses and will evoke some interest. I agree with you that starting your own discussion and getting some quality thoughts on that has got its own pleasure and it is a great fun going for comments and counter-comments on your own discussion.

Not today...I started one Saturday night. I try not to start them unless I'm sure I'm going to be home to keep up with the replies. I love starting them and have a whole notebook full...I'll probably be starting alot more come winter when I'm holed up. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I haven't posted any new discussions today. I rarely start discussions. I tend to come to mylot throughout the day for a couple of minutes at a time and read and respond to the discussions I find interesting. I start my own every once in awhile but I like to know that I have the time to keep up with my discussions.

I must admit that I have not started a new discussion for a while. I just cannot think of anything to post right now. When I do start them I do not get many responses. I think the longest number of replies I ever got was 30, it is usually about 10 to 15. Besides I like to reply to other people and I tend to put a lot of thought into my replies so I only manage to post about 10 or 20 posts max in a day. I mean I do have other things I have to do as well. I like both posting and starting new discussions and if I can think up a topic and remember it long enough to post it then I will start another discussion about something.

Posting back and post a new discussion have some similarities. For posting a new discussion we have to apply our mind to choose a topic of interest make it attractive and then put some contents to compose making it meaningful and understandable to others. Posting back is some time easy we have to go by reading and then responding with agreeing or disagreeing with the contents and suggesting our own opinion about the subject matter. Because I do not find any other place to express my self so I post new discussion here when ever I like to express my self on some new idea or happening. How you see it please comment and have a nice day.

I usually like to just answer other discussions. I do make maybe a couple of my own a week. I just find it difficult to come up with a topic that hasn't been done, and what to write in it.

I rarely start discussions. I seldom think of anything worth asking here. Discussions on the other hand are easy to add your 2cents to.

Hello.. I did start two discussions today...I haven't for awhile but there were a couple things I wanted to write about... Somedays I can't think of anything...then other days I think about alot and by the time I get on...I forget...LOL... It is the discussions that keep us going....It would be weird for one day to think that no one started a new discussion...That would be strange...of course it won't happen...but it is fun to think about..

I actually did post a new discussion today. I don't do that every day, though, just when I have something I feel is worth sharing, or if I have a specific question that I would like different opinions about. I think, since I've been here at myLot, I only posted two discussions once, and never more than that. It's not really too often that I come up with anything new to post about, so I spend my time reading the new posts of others and responding. One thing that overwhelms me is when I've posted a discussion and leave myLot for awhile, only to come back and find that I have 20 or 30 responses! I would really like to respond to every response I get, but sometimes I simply don't have the time. I agree that myLot is one of the best places to be for a variety of reasons, the main one being the friendships we make here. MyLot is full of a great bunch of people and I feel honored to be a part of this 'family'.

Hi, yes I have. 3 today with a total of 29 responses. One of the better days. I start discussion rather than just respond. I think we earn more there if we get lots of responses. But aside from that I find it interesting on what people think of somethin' I'm curious about. Goodluck and happy mylotting!!!
