favorite snacks!

hi che,thanks for making me hungry hehehe.yes i have tried that of course dear! pinas its all time favorite.so i was right with hot suace.yes i love hot sauce with lumpia but we dont eat it for snacks,we eat with rice.my favorite snack is bananaQ hmmmm yummy with cold pineaple juice.

i like that.... specially when you deep it to vinegar with red hot chilly peppers... mmmmmm mmmmmmmm... tasty.... and i like junk food as well...

I love lumpia, omg, I absolutely do! Especially the seaweed spring rolls from Luk Yuen restaurant. I love to dip them in the sweet chili sauce. Now it's making me hungry thinking about it. Finger-lickin' good! Another fave snack is pizza, french fries and clubhouse sandwich. Argh.. I wanna eat now.

Hi Che, I really love Lumpia too but not using it as snacks here. My hubby has no idea what Lumpia is until I made it. But as what you said, making our own with the different ingredients from the original we always have in our country. I used vegetarian crumbles and spinach instead of our usual mongo sprouts and geens beens or bamboo shoots to wrap with the lumpia wrapper. It tastes good and my hubby likes it too. we don't even use any dressings or sauce with it. Just plain lumpia for our dinner with mashed potatoes. yummy!!!

No, I have never had any lumpia , from the picture they really look good. I am going to do a little research and see if I can find a recipe for them. I would like to taste them. It is morning here and I got pancake and sausage on my mind. I am not going to eat any though. Just a thought.

my favorite snack food is cereal if I want something sweet. But on a normal day I snack on carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing. I don't know what lumpia is. The picture looks good though. What is it?

I just looked up the recipe for lumpia and they look tasty! I'm going to try to make them this weekend with my mom and hopefully they turn out good. The recipe I found calls for ground beef, carrots, onions, garlic and seasoning to taste. Does this sound familiar?

Hi che, the “lumpia” shown in the attached image look really delicious. They look like the fried spring roll in my place. The spring roll prepared here is filled with mixed veggies like bean sprout, carrot, onion etc and other ingredients like crab and meat as well. People here mostly like to eat spring rolls without frying for they are not so oily. They are so many delicious desserts like meat pie (shaobao), curry puff, steamed bun with yummy mixed ingredients, . . . and I like them all. I couldn’t refrain myself from taking any of them posting and cheers.

There are many for me. mainly they are chicken cutlet, patties, fish fry etc. also i like to have some spicy noodles as snacks.

I love all kinds of lumpia... when i was working abroad... i did not even miss it... because in the place where i worked... all parties celebrated were not complete without the lumpia... and this was the most requested menu... Back at home... my mother would make a bunch and put them in the freezer... so everytime we have a lumpia craving... we can fry some anytime...

well frankly speakin i hav nvr tried lumpia but sinc u hav mentiond it to b gr8 i will definitely giv it a try :) i dnt hav ne fav in snacks................i just grab d first thing on which i lay my eyez upon lol

I have never tried "lumpia" I love vegetarian spring rolls. I usually snack out on biscuits, but i also love hot buttered toast.

i do like it but if i have to choose fresh lumpia or the one being fried i prefer fresh, it's very delicious my stomach will crave for that fresh lumpia if i saw one. but about the favorite snack i prefer eating breads, particularly jelly roll. hehehe, i like sweets... hehehe

My favorite snack is Shimp with thr butter on the side for dipping. I have never tried lumpia in fact I have never heard of in but now that I know about it I will check it out and try it.

Well my favorite snack is kwek kwek.hehehe it's only available in the philippines.Lol.I love eating it.it's egg with some flour but I can't really explain the recipe but it's really good to eat and it's yummy.I know for those new to it will say it's taste wierd.:-0 Well If you come here then you better try it and yeah lumpia is really delicious.:-0 God bless and have a nice day.:-0

theres only one good snack CHOCOLATE i can eat lots and lots of chocolate and carryon eating till i get full. happy mylotting friends
