Well, if you can't say it, then email her and write it down, or record what you want to say and post it to her. If you want to get her love, admit that you made a mistake and apologize for it. Chances are that she might forgive you. If you keep putting it away for later, she might be another's soon. Good luck!!

This comment is for all, who responded and will respond - I just wanted to write this anywhere. I don't need advice (thank you for trying though), I just needed to write it down, as vijigopi said. It's MUCH more complicated than what I've written. I just wanted to say it. It wasn't even a discussion.

Just go ahead and tell her, take the risk of getting rejected and be hurt. You've hurt her before, so why not take that risk. Its either you take the rest of being hurt or being happy again ?

well then I would say that you were pretty stupid... and if you can't tell her then you need to learn how to stop being stubborn. why did you leave her? your post is a little unexplained.
