What is your favorite type of exercise?

What kind of exercise do you enjoy? Is it a team sport? bicycling? running? lifting weights? I like to do a combination of different exercises so that I don't get bored. My favorites are bicycling, dancing, swimming, and basketball. What are yours?

I am not really good at exercising so I think walking is about my lot, I did buy an exercise bike but I just couldn't keep at it, so i have opted for taking the neighbours dog for a walk after dog sitting him for six weeks, i now know how good that little walk made me feel.

My favorite exercise is running with weights. Usually I load up about 60 lbs of weights in a backpack and just run as fast as I can without setting any goal or time limit for myself. I love it because it's a change of pace from the sets and reps of weight lifting and just a back to the basics of stress out your body to it's limite and go with it. I mean really the cavemen and Romans didn't care about sets and reps and they were in great shape.

Being only 4 miles from my workplace,I've taken up cycling as an alternative to driving in on my commute,especially on a nice dry day...I'm out in the fresh air,getting the adrenalin buzz going on my way in instead of slobbing my way in by car,and it's helping Me lose weight,too-I've lost pounds over the summer,and the bike has more than paid back it's price in fuel savings!

I would really do anything except swimming because I don't know how to swim. But for now I'm just running on my treadmill. I haven't played a sport in ages which is kind of sad. But I like any excercise as long as it makes me feel good and I feel the burn. I actually like feeling the burn especially in my stomach.

I'm not into exercising, lol. But I used to get most of my exercise from skateboarding. After a year of doing that my legs were rock solid, lol. I had more lower body strength than I ever had in my life. I've also tried some upper body stuff, but it's just not for me. Occasionally I'll still doing a couple of stomach crunches or do some bicep workouts.

For me, it would be dancing and jogging. I really enjoyed dancing and try new steps as well as it was fun to jog every morning too. However, I like to try cycling and swimming as well and wish I'll learn it someday, but for now, I'll just do some dancing or jogging to keep my body fit.
