Attuning ourselves to our surroundings.

We can enjoy the tranquility of home and loved ones more profoundly if we take steps to attune ourselves to the peace all around us. Though we may not immediately regard our existence as particularly restful, we may find that the small and simple pleasures of everyday existence reveal themselves to us when we go looking for them. The serenity we want to feel can inspire us to strive to make the most of the time we spend in the presence of calm and balanced individuals. Even if we have a lot to do, we can still find the time to enjoy yourself away from the worldly stresses that might otherwise interfere with our mood. We derive enjoyment from life’s simpler pleasures only when we allow ourselves to feel truly serene. Many people have been led to believe that it is their duty to become outraged at all the irritations and resentments that are an unavoidable part of being alive. However, our ability to accept that these are relatively unimportant in the grand scheme of existence is dependent upon our willingness to regard them as such. We learn to enjoy tranquil activities that bring peace into our lives because we know that we can choose whether we will feel outraged or joyous, regardless of the nature of the circumstances unfolding around us or the grim realities of the challenges we know are yet to come. we will feel wonderfully well-rested and peaceful when we permit yourself to fully appreciate all the pleasures life has to offer. What do you think?

This is why we need to spend each minute wisely and concentrate more on the mountains and the valleys since life is a precious gift given to us by God. Just imagined the sweet aroma of the purple lilac, the tiny hummingbirds, the morning dew sparkling on a rose, and a creek trickling in the forest.

I'm glad that you liked my response. No, I'm not a poet ,but I really get inspired when it comes to nature and my imagination goes wild.

Well said. I enjoy finding comfort in the things that I already have, and if i want something that I don't have yet, I believe in doing what I can to reach that goal, be it money, time, whatever it is that I need to get there. Until I get there, i will be happy and content with what I have. I never miss an opportunity.

In a way, you are right. But sometimes, it is difficult to attune oneself. Imagine you have noisy neighbors who wreck the peace of the neighborhood. How does one manage in such a situation? Recently, I was forced to fight!! Cheers and happy mylotting

Hi positiveminded, Thank you for responding. Some situations are more difficult than others, and placing myself in your situation, I can see where you are coming from. Sometimes we have to take action, but when we know that we are doing what's best for all concerned, we can do it in a way that will not diminish our inner strength. Blessings.
