Pineapples are a sticky and sweet tropical fruit that contains the protein digesting enzyme mixture called bromelain. There are many health benefits of a pineapple and it is loaded with potassium, calcuim, vitamin C, and fiber. Plus it is low in fat and cholesterol. Here are some of the health benefits of a pineapple. - It helps to build strong bones, because it is high in magnesseme, which is a trace mineral that is needed for your body to build bones and connective tissue. - It helps surpress coughs and loosen mucas. - It helps in the digestion of protein. these are just some of the benefits of pineappples.

Hi, thanks for sharing this information. I didn't know all that about pineapple. I just had some today. I probably should eat it more often. I do drink pineapple juice sometimes but don't eat pineapple that often. Happy lotting and have a good day.

well I am now sold on the benefits of pineapple thanks so much for the discussion on pineapple since it has informed me of the benefits that pineapple has had all along. Shoot I forgot to buy stock in the pineapple business but I will pick more up! Thanks alot and God Blesses! Sandy
